As a Packing and Production Operative, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with general production processes such as die cutting, window patching, and carton glueing
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of items during packing production runs
- Lifting and stacking packed boxes onto pallets
- Following health and safety guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment
- Contributing to a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and friendly interactions
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have experience working in a packaging/manufacturing environment (beneficial, but not essential)
- Possess good verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards change and processes
- Be willing to learn and follow health and safety, FSSC, and Quality procedures
- Have the ability to work well within a team and meet tight deadlines
- Exhibit professional, ethical, respectful and courteous behaviour when interacting with others
