We are delighted to share an opportunity for a
Structural Steel Fabricator
to join one of our esteemed client's as a result of an increased workload.
- £16+ per hour DOE
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Full-Time, Permanent contract
The Role
Working in a busy workshop environment, you'll be responsible for the fabrication of both architectural and structural steel work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fabricate steelwork according to specifications
- Performing MIG welding tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
- Operate machinery and handle goods with a focus on safety
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow against project deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding/fabrication is essential
- MIG welding skills
- Understanding of workshop health and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Access to own hand tools would be desirable
PLEASE NOTE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE OR ACCESS TO RELIABLE ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT METHODS IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE - THE WORKSHOP LOCATION IS NOT RELIABLY ACCESSIBLE VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
