They are a small yet growing business seeking an energetic Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 years recruitment agency experience.
This role involves driving business growth through effective recruitment activities with schools across the East Midlands.
The Role:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential new clients, and securing their business through extensive phone, email, and in-person contact.
- Utilising sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from schools.
- Recruiting, vetting, and interviewing teachers and school support staff, and creating shortlists for clients to interview.
- Preparing CVs to highlight candidates' strengths and forwarding them to clients for suitable job openings.
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates.
