Your new role
The job involves investigating and responding to client complaints, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, approving marketing materials, and providing input for client documentation. The candidate will also need to monitor and review agreements with insurers and brokers, conduct due diligence checks, and assist with regulatory change projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have some experience working in the compliance department for an insurance firm and ideally a brokers. A knowledge of insurance and the financial services industry is also required, as well as a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
