Job Role: Mechancial Bias Engineer
Location: Wellington, Somerset
Salary: £45,000-£48,000 per annum + Overtime Available @ 1.5x
Hours: Monday-Friday 06.00-14.00/14.00-22.00 Weekly Rotations

Duties:
- Attend breakdowns on site machinery & conveyor systems
- Liaise with Engineering management & fellow engineers to resolve breakdowns efficiently, professionally & in a timely manner
- Follow health & safety procedures
- Attend training & courses for further development, in line with training
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a maintenance engineer in a packaging, manufacturing, FMCG or similar industry
- A good balance of Mechanical/Electrical Fault Finding, Repairs with an electrical bias preferred
- Previous experience repairing & fault finding on components such as Motors, Gearboxes, Conveyor Systems, Converters, Inverters or PLCs.
- Understanding of Automated processes - Desirable
- Relevant Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQs) or Time Served
- An openness to learn, share practices & attend training courses when needed.
