Adecco are seeking a dedicated and skilled accounts executive/ insurance broker to join well established and expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with insurance quotations, assisting the branch, and acting as a referral point for assistants. You will utilise your communication and negotiation skills to ensure client retention and drive sales
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Salary: up to 35k per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients over the phone and via email to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable quotations.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently and effectively meeting customer requirements for new business.
- Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and standardization.
- Process Improvement: Actively identify areas for improvement within processes and propose potential solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Quotation Process: Understand and execute the necessary processes and procedures to provide accurate insurance quotations.
- Product Information: Ensure all product information provided to clients is clear, fair, and not misleading, enabling informed decision-making.
- Record Keeping: Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Complaint Handling: Identify and refer complaints to the appropriate complaint handler in a timely manner.
- Query Management: Handle queries via email, telephone, and in person, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are adhered to.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the insurance industry.
- Education: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in quotations and record-keeping.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
