About the client:
This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join an already established company with a large client base, who are continuing to grow and expand. Joining a large IT Team, you will be providing 1st and 2nd Line internal support to staff across the business.

The IT Service Desk Analyst Role:

  • Troubleshooting 1st and 2nd Line technical support issues, working with Windows, Office 365, document management systems, and case management systems.
  • Providing a high level of customer service.
  • Calling logging from users within the company.
  • Prioritizing issues based on your judgement of urgency.
  • Collaborating with the infrastructure and development teams.
  • Handling project work assigned alongside daily troubleshooting tasks.

IT Service Desk Analyst - Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience within Office365
  • Previous experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Previous experience providing 1st/2nd Line Technical Support.
  • ITIL Qualifications (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (Preferred)
  • Full UK Driving license.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
