Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full-time

Pay Rate: £80 - £100 per day
GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school community in Boston. This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about working with students and supporting their academic journey.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide individual and small group support to students.
- Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to the overall academic and social development of students.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Currently living in the UK.
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.
