Inside Sales Executive - Office based Mon-Fri
Due to continued growth, our client are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to support the sales team in pipelining orders, customer service and administration.
Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Working as the main point of contact for customers with any issues or administration that needs completing
- Quoting and pipeline management to customers with any inbound customer enquiries
- Order and backorder management with customer Inventory control and suggesting alternative products if any stock issues
- CRM management to maintain accurate records of customer contact
Inside Sales Executive Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience and confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls
- Interest in the sales side of a business and confidence in your ability to provide customers with an end-to-end, positive experience
- Experience within an order processing or similar administration background would be advantageous
