Credit/Accounts Admin

Location: LS16 (In-Office)
Responsibilities:

  • Credit Control:

Managing credit control activities, including monitoring outstanding invoices, contacting clients for payment, and ensuring timely collections.

  • Accounts Administration:

Assist with accounts-related tasks, such as bookkeeping, data entry, and maintaining financial records.

  • Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the small, family-oriented team to support overall office operations.

  • Training Opportunity:

Offer training for candidates looking to advance from basic invoices/data inputting roles.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 45-minute break.

Desired Experience:

  • Comfortable making phone calls to request payments.
  • Prior experience in credit administration or related roles is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in credit/accounts tasks.

  • Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • No prior experience is required with the new CRM system.

Personal Qualities:

  • Bright, adaptable, and eager to understand the company's overall operations.
  • Team player who fits well into the office environment.
