Production Administrator

Who will I be working for?

We are now looking for a Production Administrator to join our hard-working team and support our Production Planning Department on a full-time basis to cover a period of maternity leave.

What will I be doing?
As a Production Administrator, you will support our Production Planning Department and provide a high-quality service to customers.
Assisting with orders, you will ensure we have sufficient materials and keep a keen eye on our production schedule.
You will file and match paperwork, use our software to assist with production scheduling, and help customers with their queries!
What do I need?
To join us as a Production Administrator, you only need a great attitude and the willingness to learn!
However, any of the following would be beneficial:
- Experience of purchase orders and raising works orders
- Experience of Importing/Exporting
- A high level of IT literacy
- To be conscientious and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication skills

This is a full-time role, working 38.5 hours per week, 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 12:30 on Fridays.
