This growing organisation is a full-service 'Market in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID)' investment firm managing £25+ billion of Local Government Pension (LGPS) assets. They are committed to celebrating and promoting diversity and creating an inclusive workplace and have decided to collaborate with Hays Technology to introduce a Temporary / Contract IT Systems Analyst to their IT Services team.
Your new role
As an IT Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our outsourced IT infrastructure, ensuring cyber protection, and contributing to our IT and data strategy. You will be responsible for delivering IT infrastructure services, managing relationships with third-party providers, and maintaining a secure IT environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management with a deep understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, particularly Intune and Azure
- Performing systems administrative functions within SharePoint, Salesforce, Netsuite and other third-party business systems
- Strong cybersecurity knowledge and experience implementing and maintaining cyber defences
- Experience in delivering IT services aligned with ITIL best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Comfortable with the ownership of managing third-party suppliers, including services and hardware, and licencing
