Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive business development activities.
- Attend and close sales meetings independently.
- Build relationships with potential introducers and referral partners.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Excel in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years of B2B solution sales experience (industry experience not essential).
- Proficient in value-based/consultative selling.
- Capable of engaging with diverse audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of meetings.
- Previous field-based experience.
