Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position

Position: Senior Customer Service Planner

Location: Beeston Hybrid (2 Days WFH 3 Days office)

Length: Permanent

Salary: £25,000-£26,000

Hours: 37.5 p/week 8:30am-5pm

The role will predominantly involve:

  • Senior role in a team of 4
  • Work closely with management in the assistance and management of planning to ensure efficiency in the system
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy
  • Responsibly taking/making inbound and outbound calls ensuring customer service levels are carried out to a high standard
  • Liaising with engineers
  • Performing additional ad hoc admin duties

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a Customer Service Office-Based role and be available at short notice.
