Job Type: 12 Month FTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Month-End Process: Assist in the month-end close, overseeing and supporting junior members of the accounts team to ensure smooth and timely financial reporting.
- Sales Invoicing: Manage the sales invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch, while resolving any queries with clients or internal stakeholders.
- Balance Sheet & P&L Management: Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss statements, providing insights into financial performance.
- Management Accounts: Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and provide input on key financial data for decision-making.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock control and related accounting tasks, ensuring accurate stock valuation and reporting.
- Supplier Payments: Manage and process supplier payments, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation with purchase orders.
- Payroll: Assist in processing payroll and maintaining payroll records for all staff.
- VAT & CIS Compliance: Ensure compliance with VAT and CIS regulations, including preparing VAT returns and handling CIS queries.
