Regulatory Administrator

Do you have a regulatory background and looking for your next challenge? Then this could be the role for you. We have a role working in Milton Keynes for a company who offer good benefits and opportunities.

Day to day you will be overseeing questionnaires, coordinating, processing applications and minute taking. You will attend meetings, draft and edit documents.

To be suitable for this role you will need to come from an administrative regulatory background or studied a qualification, which is attached to regulations for example within insurance or auditing. Experience or knowledge of web templates is beneficial for this role. Previous experience using Diligent is required for this position.

The Role:

  • Assist with applications
  • Assist with general enquiries
  • Record and update accounts
  • Adapt to changes set by other departments
  • Support clients and colleagues

Experience:

  • Have good communication skills
  • Good understanding of legislation
  • Someone who is driven and uses their initiative
  • Both good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Be able to communicate effectively using different channels of communication
  • Take control of all situations
