Job Title: Experienced Part-time Support Workers (1:2 Ratio)
Pay Rate: £11.50ph to £12.50ph (depending on experience)
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Monday - Wednesday 08:45 to 14:30, Thursday 08:45 to 13:30 (22 hours per week)
Immediate Start: Yes
Contract Type: Term-time only (through the full academic year)

Job Requirements for this Support Worker role:
- Proven experience working with non-verbal students with complex needs
- Ability to provide support with personal hygiene and other daily living activities
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience
- Experience working with students aged 14-25
- Reliability, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students
- Relevant Qualifications (Health & Social Care or equivalent)
This role involves providing crucial support to non-verbal students with a range of complex needs, including personal hygiene assistance. You will be working on a 1:2 basis, ensuring that each student's individual needs are met effectively.
