Job Title: Residential Conveyancer

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. As a Residential Conveyancer at our firm, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.
- Review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and title documents.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders involved in property transactions.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property law, mortgage finance, and taxation.
- Conduct searches and investigations to identify any potential issues or risks.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts of sale, transfer deeds, and lease agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence.
- Stay informed about changes in property law and conveyancing practice.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification is beneficial but not essential
- Minimum 2 years' fee earning experience within residential conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
