Job Title: Architectural Technician
Reporting To: Architectural Manager Salary: £32,000 plus annual bonus of 5%, car allowance, life assurance, pension. 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays. Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Purpose of Role Our client, a leading and innovative house builder, is seeking a talented and driven Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with all relevant Technical and CDM legislation while ensuring their house types meet building regulations and warranty requirements. You will be instrumental in monitoring and reporting on the progress of developments, preparing architectural drawings, and ensuring all architectural information is accurate, clear, and professionally presented.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
Title Overlays & Pre-Construction Packs: Create title overlays and assist in preparing pre-exchange and pre-completion packs.
Graphic Production: Use Photoshop to colour sketch plans, produce planning drawings, street scenes, and 3D visuals.
