A leading provider of advanced surface finishing technologies for the automotive, aerospace, electronics, and general manufacturing industries, who specialise in manufacturing high-quality finishing solutions to enhance the appearance and durability of various products, is seeking an Inspector to join the quality department.
The Inspector will report to the Quality Manager, the main purpose of the role is to carry out inspection activities within the plant, ensuring that methods are complied with at all times and that components are produce in line with customer requirements.
Inspector duties include -
- Inspect components for defects
- Conducting visual inspections
- Using handheld inspection equipment to inspect parts
- Daily checking of stock and inventory
- Complete receipt inspection where required
- Adheres to Health and Safety practices
Inspector desirable skills and experience -
- Previous experience in an inspection role
- Able to work flexible shifts
- Good attention to detail
