As a Private Family Solicitor with this esteemed firm, you will be responsible for independently managing a diverse and complex caseload of Private Family matters. This includes, but is not limited to, handling cases related to the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA), Matrimonial Disputes, and Financial Settlements. The role demands a deep understanding of family law, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to navigate sensitive issues with both empathy and professionalism.
