Senior Software Engineer
Location: Fully Remote (London office)
Salary: Up to £120k + equity

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain low-latency connectivity services in a sub-millisecond environment.
- Collaborate with a team of talented engineers, including former LMAX engineers and experts in FX development.
Required Skills:
- Strong background in either C# or Java.
- Experience with FIX protocols and familiarity with Crypto or FX markets.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and Linux.
- Understanding of TDD principles and protocol integrations in trading.
