What will you be doing?
You will work closely with Operational Maintenance as a capital Delivery Vehicle, providing support for the management of the operational capital budget across Water Recycling. Your role will provide technical administrative support to the capital delivery process involving the collation and coordination of multiple data sources in order to contribute to the delivery an efficient capital programme.
Your tasks will vary but will include:
- SAP planning of jobs, settlement of Work Orders, upkeep of job cards on M2i.
- The Interrogation of several data sources to provide day to day Assurance of the process and adherence to governance as well as the development and undertaking of more formal Assurance programmes
- Providing reports on Capital deliverables
- Coach, advise and assist Stakeholders on all aspects of the Capital funding process
What does it take to be successful in this role??
- Experience of using SAP and the ability to learn other data systems such as M2i.
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages in particular Excel
- Good communication skills with the ability to adapt style to suit a wide range of stakeholders
