As a Technical Coordinator, you will be required to
- Efficiently respond to customer's technical callbacks
- Triangle inbound technical queries
diagnose and rectify customer technical issues within a timely manner.
- Manage the remedial process following unsuccessful remote remedies.
- Update g of CRM and other external portals
- Demonstrate high levels of knowledge around compliance.
Candidate:
- Previous experience in solar PV installation
- Previous experience working within the construction industry or similar technical/engineering environment.
- Qualification - NVQ-3 in electrical installation
- Previous experience in fault finding on electrical systems.
- Previous experience dealing with customers either face-face or phone calls.
Desirable Qualifications
- BPEC Solar PV qualification
- 2391 Inspection and testing
- 18th edition
- JIB Gold Card
