Position: SIMS School Administrator
Location: Lambeth, South East London
Start Date: ASAP start
Times: Monday to Friday, 1pm until 5pm
Pay: £14 - £16 per hour

Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the school's SIMS (School Information Management System) database.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of student data, attendance records, and academic performance.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support school management and decision-making.
- Assist with the enrolment process, including admissions and transfers.
- Provide administrative support to staff and respond to queries from parents and external agencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working with SIMS or similar school management systems.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
