We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant. This is your chance to join a rapidly scaling accountancy practice.
What You Can Expect
- Location - Poole (Hybrid - 2 - 3 days in the office per week)
- Salary - £25,000 - £30,000

Key Responsibilities as a Semi-Senior Accountant
- Preparing and delivering statutory accounts.
- Composing corporation and personal tax returns,
- Working closely with a senior accountant to support a portfolio of SME clients.
- Managing inbound client queries with a focus on exceptional service delivery.
- Reviewing and actioning client records.
- Working towards taking on a portfolio of clients.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members when required.
Core Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 2 year's experience as an accountant.
- Experience working in an accounting firm or similar environment.
- Experience using Xero or FreeAgent would be desirable.
- A background working in a smaller business would be advantageous.
- Studying or working towards AAT/ACCA Qualification.
- Self-motivated individual with career aspirations.
