HR Analyst

Morgan Philips is seeking an HR Analyst for a globally renowned brand based in London with 2-3 days per week in the office. The HR Analyst will play a crucial role by providing analytical insights, data-driven recommendations, and strategic guidance to optimize HR processes and initiatives. This role supports the Human Resources department in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR metrics, developing comprehensive dashboards and reports, identifying trends and patterns, assisting in workforce planning, monitoring HR compliance, conducting audits and investigations, maintaining integrations between people systems, and running reports.

The HR Analyst is expected to have a strong understanding of database structures, excellent data visualization and presentation skills, and a proactive mindset in leveraging data to drive change.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics, including employee turnover, retention rates, recruitment effectiveness, diversity and inclusion statistics, and performance management data.

2. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present HR data in a clear and meaningful way for stakeholders.

3. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from HR data to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.

4. Assist in workforce planning activities by analyzing current and future staffing needs based on business objectives, growth projections, and industry trends.

5. Monitor HR compliance metrics and trends to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

6. Assist in conducting audits, investigations, and risk assessments related to HR practices and processes.

7. Monitor and maintain integrations between people systems, or liaise with the IT team for technical support when needed.

8. Assist with any HRIS queries in the inbox.

9. Run reports on a weekly/monthly basis as well as handle ad hoc requests for data.

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of database structures, with the ability to showcase database and data manipulation skills.

2. Knowledge of HR systems.

3. Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.

4. Proactive mindset in understanding the business and leveraging data to offer insights and drive change.
