About you:?
You are a Product Owner looking for your next move, ideally with a hospitality background, who has a passion for Product, a well-rounded knowledge of agile development and an ability to communicate requirements and make decisions.
Playing a key role in our dynamic Product & Engineering team with support from our group-wide Product function, you will play a vital role in executing the strategic roadmap for the DesignMyNight suite, delivering exciting and engaging solutions for our customers and the end consumer.
Day-to-day, you will:?
- Collaborate with Senior Product Managers and the Product Director to provide input on product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
- Utilize market understanding, customer problems, competitive landscape analysis, research, and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers' business processes and requirements, becoming a product expert capable of conducting pre-sales demos.
- Lead the development, implementation, and execution of Go-To-Market plans, and contribute to client engagement through Special Interest Groups, Customer Forums, and other events.
Your skills and experiences might also include:??
- Demonstrates excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively interacting with team members, stakeholders, and other teams, and tailoring communication based on the audience.
- Provides comprehensive requirements feedback, is commercially aware with an understanding of market drivers and client needs, and demonstrates good product knowledge.
- Flexible, pragmatic, and proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, goal-oriented, able to manage shifting priorities, and works effectively within Agile Development (Scrum) teams.
- Takes ownership of team retrospectives and goals, participates in customer meetings, and collaborates with marketing to define value propositions and competitive intelligence.
- The Associate Product Manager works across one or more Agile Development (Scrum) Squads, supporting fulfilment of the Product Owner role, with a focus on how best to execute the strategic roadmap defined by the Senior Product Manager as well as understanding and prioritising customer change requests.
- You will act as the representative of the Senior Product Manager in the Agile squad and, with sufficient understanding of market factors and influences such as competitors, legislation, industry trends along with our divisional and company strategy, make sound, informed decision.
