Overview
We are seeking a Secretary/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and managing secretarial tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain debit card, credit card and cash payments.
-Review and pay invoices.
- Monthly reconciliation.
- File management.
- Manage daily emails
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or a related field would be preferred.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Punctuality is a must.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and flexibility.
