This FM Coordinator contract is for you!
Day-to-day you'll be coordinating in-house and external engineering teams working across your patch to make sure the sites remain compliant and dealing with any building issues as they arise. You'll occasionally travel to these sites to add that personal touch to the service delivery.
This 6 month contract is covering for a team member on long term sick leave so if you're looking for a quick start and stable employment to see you into 2025 this is a great option.

As you will be travelling to sites you will need a full UK driving licence and your own car. You will receive a car allowance to cover wear and tear plus expensed mileage.
