This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Associate or Senior Associate to join the leading team, engaging in high-quality advisory, dispute resolution, and cutting-edge de-risking transactions.
About the Role
- The UK-based pensions law team is the largest and most respected, consistently earning top-tier rankings in Chambers and the Legal 500.
- The team lead in de-risking transactions, such as buy-in and buy-out arrangements, and handle litigation in-house, ensuring comprehensive client counsel.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor status with a minimum of 4 years PQE (no upper limit for the right candidate)
- Extensive experience from a reputable pensions law team
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent communication abilities
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ambition to succeed, with a focus on client relationship management and business development
- Effective organizational and prioritization skills
