THE SALES ADMINISTATOR JOB:

You will provide support to the external sales team. Duties include:

  • Order administration
  • Responding to customer requests for pricing, product information and other details
  • Handling of issues and customer concerns
  • Providing administrative support
  • The job is based in Cleator Moor, near Whitehaven, Workington, Cockermouth, and Sellafield.
  • 38 hour working week.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Ideally, you will have previous experience within a business-to-business environment.
  • Confident communication with a good telephone manner and good writing skills.
  • Good IT skills, including on Microsoft Office
  • Able to prioritise effectively
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Positive 'can do' attitude.

SALARY & BENEFITS YOU'LL RECEIVE AS SALES ADMINISTRATOR:

  • £25,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience
  • 27 days holiday + public holidays
  • 38 hour working week
  • Pension.
