Administration Assistant

Our client based in Biggleswade are looking for an administration assistant to join their small team.

Key Duties

  • Completing general office paperwork
  • Keeping website up to date
  • Responding to quieries via telephone and email
  • Placing weekly orders
  • Record receipts and issue invoices
  • Maintain staff records

Key Skills and experience

  • Excel (Advanatage)
  • Great verbal and written communication
  • SAGE (advantage)
  • 4-5 year Administration experience (Essential)

Hours

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
