Position: Graduate Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £90-£120 per day
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:15 - 15:30
About the Role:
Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience before embarking on a career in education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Cover Supervisor to join our team at Veritas Education working in secondary schools across Doncaster. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive school environment, assisting teachers and providing cover for classes across various subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage the classroom environment.
- Support students with their learning and ensure a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Uphold the school's policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Requirements:
- A degree in any subject (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- A strong desire to work in education and support student learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
