Duties include:-

  • Taking orders by email or phone
  • Order processing
  • Checking of orders, delivery dates and pricing
  • Customer deliveries
  • Processing invoices
  • Dealing with enquiries and query resolution
  • Liaising with internal departments

The role requires lots of checking, co-ordinating, updating records, managing paperwork, customer contact.
