9am - 5pm (flexible)

Search Manchester are working with a well established company within the Manchester area who are looking for temporary support within their finance team. For this particular role strong experience of administration is essential with a financial background preferred.

This role is suitable for people who have strong admin and IT skills, super flexible and available to start work immediately.

Typical Duties Include:

  • Processing all cash management transactions
  • Uploading and reconciling all bank statements
  • Ensuring entries are journaled and matched to correct recipient
  • Quickly responding and resolving to queries
  • Maintaining and updating data via various relevant systems.
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Run control reports including CRM
  • Responding promptly to telephone calls and correspondence
