Search Manchester are working with a well established company within the Manchester area who are looking for temporary support within their finance team. For this particular role strong experience of administration is essential with a financial background preferred.
This role is suitable for people who have strong admin and IT skills, super flexible and available to start work immediately.
Typical Duties Include:
- Processing all cash management transactions
- Uploading and reconciling all bank statements
- Ensuring entries are journaled and matched to correct recipient
- Quickly responding and resolving to queries
- Maintaining and updating data via various relevant systems.
- Process payments and refunds
- Run control reports including CRM
- Responding promptly to telephone calls and correspondence

- Strong literacy and administrative skills

- Good communication skills both written and verbal

- Strong telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
