This is a brand new role working within an award winning HR Team. As the L&D Manager, you will lead and manage all learning and development initiatives within a thriving and dynamic organisation. This role requires a highly skilled professional, capable of implementing effective strategies to drive team performance and enhance individual skills.

Description

As the L&D Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new learning and development strategies that align with the company's goals as well as overseeing the creation of educational materials and programmes. You will work closely with the HR Director to foster a positive learning culture within the company and collaborate with the SLT to understand their needs and develop relevant training. You will also

Use the Apprenticeship Levy to provide additional training within the business and support Apprentice learning. It is expected that you will develop their 'In house manager toolkit' together with developing the Group DE&I training programme, develop Intern, Work Experience, Retraining and Scholarship Programmes, design and deliver e-learning courses & workshops and support the HR Director with any other L&D strategies

Profile

A successful L&D Manager should have:

  • Proficiency in developing and implementing L&D strategies
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • A creative and innovative mindset towards learning and development
  • CIPD Level 5
  • Previous experience working in similar role
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Strong ethics and reliability
