Senior Oracle Business Specialist required for a global client based in Buckinghamshire. This is a permanent, salaried post, working full-time, Monday to Friday, offering hybrid working post probation. This is a business-critical role, reporting to the Director ERP, working collaboratively with business applications, analysts, process owners, developers and of course the end users. The salary range is £60k-£70k, complimented by a highly attractive employee benefits package.

Our client seeks an Oracle expert who can deliver solutions and improvements to internal and external stakeholders, with a results-focused approach capable of complex thinking and delivery. Ideally educated to a Degree Level in Information Systems, Information Technology or similar, you will be able to demonstrate both knowledge and expertise in computer science-related topics. There is a requirement for new project involvement, working on new project implementation attached to the ongoing development of Oracle-based systems and processes, therefore the ability to challenge and drive through change is a given.

Your employment history will showcase a minimum of 5 years+ previous Oracle development and deployment experience, (supporting Oracle EBS Versions, 12.2.12), working as a Senior Analyst, having had responsibility for the full integrated stack of Oracle cloud applications and Oracle cloud platform services. Key objectives will include the facilitation of business processes, reviewing current end-user activities and scope, building business requirements and designing solutions across the wider organisation.

As the Senior Oracle Business Specialist, you must evidence previous/current expertise working with Oracle Finance, Order Management, Supply Chain and Manufacturing assessing, improving, and delivering new and improved solutions through the Oracle system. Working closely with key stakeholders and business managers, you are responsible for delivering ongoing coaching and training, and producing documentation on all activities. Naturally, there is a need to research, understand and apply Oracle Application knowledge across all areas of the business, have exemplary levels of verbal and written communication skills, confident in the delivery of information and complex reporting to key stakeholders.
