Currently recruiting for a leading luxury services client who are looking to on-board a strategic hire at head of / senior digital marketing manager level. Ideal candidate will have broad digital marketing experience across multiple channels, digital strategy decision making, team management experience and experience managing external suppliers/agencies.

Close collaboration with tech, data and sales also key.

Flat structure with extensive opportunities for growth with multiple projects in flight.

Responsibilities / Essential Skills

  • Execute the company's digital strategy with close alignment to overall business goals and objectives.
  • Manage B2C interactions across various digital platforms, including social media, paid social advertising, website.
  • Supplier management of external digital agencies.
  • Close collaboration with data and BI teams to ensure data is being utilised effectively.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing executives.
  • Drive the integration of digital initiatives with the in-house technology team to enhance user experiences, website functionality, and customer engagement.
  • Continuously enhance the company's digital presence and user experience.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Proven experience in the digital marketing space, preferably in the luxury or high-end services sector.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that have produced tangible results.
  • Expertise in interpreting data to and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
