Summer Internship - Talent Acquisition
The Opportunity
We are currently looking for talented people to come and join us as Summer Interns in any one of our UK offices
Our award-winning intern programme will give you a unique insight into the world of work and hands-on experience of life in business. Our Summer internship will see you working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the wider Talent Acquisition Business team to support the delivery of world-class and industry leading attraction strategies. Your role will be to support the delivery of an end-to-end delivery recruitment process to assist in securing and retaining high quality talent in the UK&I whilst further positioning Hays as the Employer of choice in the UK.
What can I expect day to day?
As a Talent Acquisition Researcher, you will have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience empowering you to learn and grow. No day is the same here at Hays, and you will be expected to undertake a range of tasks to help promote a career with Hays.
You will work with the Talent Acquisition Team to Identify and build Talent Pools to support the business needs for Early Career Recruiters. You will develop your skill set in maximising the usage of Careers at Hays, Hays.co.uk and the Internal Mobility hub to strengthen our presence both internally and externally.
It will be the Talent Acquisition Researchers responsibility to ensure all appropriate external media channels are used to advertise Hays as the employer of choice for entry level consultants, by effectively promoting the brand. There is a real opportunity to develop your skill set in advertising and marketing of roles and promote your personal brand in the market place.
You will have the opportunity to work with the Talent Acquisition Director and Manager, learning from their extensive experience in the marketplace helping you to progress your career within Talent Acquisition.
