Our Andover-based client is looking for an experienced Finance Officer to help with audits, bookkeeping, budget preparation, invoicing and management of financial transactions and procedures.
Duties include:
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Preparing financial reports
- Credit control
- Budget preparation
- Using different kind of software including Xero and MS Office
- Internal system updating
- Implementing financial policies
The successful candidate has:
- An accounting, finance, or bookkeeping qualification
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
- Advanced MS Excel and Xero skills
- Financial regulations knowledge
- Able to manage confidential data
