Role Overview:
My client is a boutique start-up in Southampton specialising in innovative product design and development in the Energy sector. They are currently hiring for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in developing electromechanical products.
You will be working in an encouraging and collaborative environment to cohesively develop and launch exciting new products.

It is a very exciting time to join my client as they are in the early stages of several exciting new projects and there are several progression/development opportunities for the suitable candidate.
About you:
- 10 years minimum in an engineering (Mechanical Design) environment
- Electro-mechanical product development experience
- Experienced in the full project lifecycle
- 3D CAD design: OnShape preferred
- Experience with valve actuators/regulators
Bonus if:
- Product development experience in the Oil & Gas/Energy/Utilities industry
- Experience following ATEX regulations
