We are seeking a Sales & Audit Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, excels in sales, and is proficient in audit allocation. The successful candidate will be good with numbers, computer literate, and have knowledge of Xero accounting software, Outlook, and Google Workspace. Access to a car is necessary due to the location of the office.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct sales activities and maintain a strong customer service ethos to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Allocate and schedule audits, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage and organise workload effectively to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Utilise Xero accounts software to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members via Outlook and Google Workspace.
  • Adapt to a hybrid working environment, balancing time between home and the office.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and audit allocation.
  • Strong organisational skills and proficiency with numbers.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Knowledge of Xero accounts software.
  • Familiarity with Outlook and Google Workspace is highly advantageous.
  • Must have access to a car to commute to the office location.
