Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and send out estimates
- Assist customers with queries and follow-ups
- Process orders, schedule installations, and book maintenance visits
- Manage phone enquiries, email routine maintenance reminders, and schedule surveys
- Order equipment and office supplies as needed
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming office space and greet clients warmly
- Support all departments with various ad hoc duties
About You
- Background in a service industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking abilities
- Strong team player
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to reliably commute to Sevenoaks
