As a Finance Manager, you will lead the transactional finance team which will include taking responsibility for treasury, accounts payable, receivable, and balance sheet management, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Description

You will manage a team responsible for treasury, accounts payable, receivable, and balance sheet management. Your duties will also include, but not be limited to:

  • Developing and evaluating cash flow forecasts, delivering weekly reports that track performance against targets.
  • Performing balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Accurately recording all cash transactions in the SAP ledger.
  • Fostering strong relationships with the treasury team, overseeing all treasury-related activities.
  • Overseeing the sales invoicing process, ensuring prompt and precise invoicing to customers.
  • Supervising accounts payable, ensuring compliance with no-PO, no-pay policies.
  • Collaborating with internal credit control and accounts payable teams to swiftly address and remove payment obstacles.
  • Generating comprehensive reports on payment performance, invoicing progress, and KPIs.

Profile

To be considered for this Finance Manager role, you'll need to have:

  • An ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  • The ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a "roll sleeves up" approach.
