Location: NW9, Free Off-Street Parking

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Thursday), 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Friday)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to our Managing Director (MD). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a variety of tasks related to the MD's working life and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Screening and Directing Telephone Calls: Handle queries and take messages where appropriate.

Maintaining MD's Diary: Schedule appointments and meetings.

Managing MD's Inbox: Review and attend to emails.

Organising Correspondence for Live Projects: Prepare letters and reports, liaise with onsite staff, suppliers, and clients.

Maintaining Office Procedures/Administrative Systems: File documents, complete incoming and outgoing Health & Safety paperwork.

Back Office Support: Maintain appropriate levels of office supplies, stationery, and uniforms.

Requirements:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Ability to research, digest, analyze, and present material clearly and concisely.

Ability to work on your own initiative.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
