Payroll Coordinator
Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a well established organisation in North Hull, who are seeking to appoint a Payroll Coordinator to join their Finance division.
Duties will include;
- Responsible for processing all starter and leaver documentation, contractual changes, creating and amending staff records using the integrated HR and payroll systems, liaising with Human Resources, members of staff and line managers as required.
- Plan and organize workload to ensure that the monthly payroll is delivered on time, providing additional cover for absent colleagues as appropriate.
- Provide support to the Payroll Team Leader to ensure the completion of all key monthly and annual payroll processes.
Person:
- Uses own initiative and works independently to solve problems
- Basic knowledge of Excel required
