A Data & Systems Manager is required for one of Hays' clients on a full-time basis based in Falkirk. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement for you to be in the office 2 days per week, so applicants must be within distance of the job to have a chance of a successful application.
Your new role
In this role you will oversee data governance, integrity and assurance for HSE & Engineering. You will lead data reporting activities using the Cority platform, collaborate with teams to define data requirements and design systems for self-service data access.
Responsibilities will include:
- Data analysis, report creation and presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Validating data integrity
- Audit data quality, driving for continuous improvement
- Assist with tender submissions and bids, as well as assist with budget planning
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in occupational health & safety is highly desirable (ideally having worked on Cority in the past), as well as an auditor qualification.
- You'll be proficient in MS Office tools (e.g. Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio).
- Degree qualified / commercial experience in a data analysis setting.
- Familiar with technical HSE datasets.
