Role: German Speaking Associate TA Partner
Type: Ongoing Temporary
Location: Hybrid - 3 days in Brighton or in Central London office, 2 days from home
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary: £30K per annum (pro-rata)

About the Role:
As a German Speaking Associate TA Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and communicating to hiring managers. You will play a critical role in ensuring they attract and retain top talent. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from Brighton or London's office(3 days) and remotely(2 days).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Liaise and communicate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
Who are you:
- Fluency in German (essential) + Any additional language skills are welcome
- Some experience in recruitment (any sector, agency or internal)
