HR Administrator

My client is currently seeking a highly organised and efficient HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Day to day of the role:
- Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, issuing employment contracts, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing starter packs and coordinating induction sessions.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Respond to HR-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with payroll processing by providing the finance department with relevant employee information.
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
